Janaye was drawn to trueU after encountering the team of like-minded, passionate, innovative individuals committed to bettering the lives of others. 

Janaye received her Bachelor of Science degree from IUPUI and has over 15 years of customer service and management experience, with the core focus of putting people first. Her most rewarding position to date was the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom for 5 years to her 3 children, Jayce, Nolan, and Cassidy. 

Janaye is passionate about serving others. She is an avid yogi, baker, and gardener. With her entrepreneurial spirit, she founded Loud Willow Designs LLC in 2021, where she can take advantage of her creativity and let her soul shine through.
