Stacey brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of learning development, leadership/employee development, and organizational development to ML Talent Strategies. Stacey spent the past few years focused on global technical learning platforms and onboarding programs, career development, process improvements and project management. He also conducts workforce research focusing on trends and projections.
Most recently, Stacey was with Fortune 500 companies, Eli Lilly and Cummins supporting HR projects and leading global learning initiatives. Some responsibilities included social learning strategies/platforms in pharma manufacturing, automotive operations training strategies and programs, process flow development, and diversity/inclusion initiatives.
Stacey earned his B.A in Human Resources Management from Marian University and lives in Indianapolis, IN with his wife Beth. They have two sons and a daughter.

Fun Fact- Stacey has the heart and soul of an architect. He dreamt of being one since childhood. He did the redesign and layout for two residential renovations in historically classified areas in downtown Indy.
